Terms and Conditions of the “Good Morning, Culture!” Promotion

§1
Definitions


The terms used in these Promotion Terms and Conditions have the meanings assigned to them in the Company’s Regulations, in particular:

  1. Company Regulations – the regulations of Art Box Gallery S.A., available at: https://abe.mediafresh.digital/regulamin/
  2. Promotion Terms and Conditions – this document, specifying in detail the rules governing the promotion titled “Good Morning, Culture!”
  3. Promotion – the sales campaign organized by the Company, under which Tickets (excluding Tickets for Organized School Groups) are offered at a special, reduced price compared to the prices listed in the Price List, during a specified period, on specific days of the week and during designated hours. The Promotion is subject to the rules defined in these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Company Regulations.
  4. Company – the organizer of the Promotion, Art Box Gallery S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-841), 51/53 Żelazna Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000858691, NIP (Tax ID): 5213903496, REGON: 386704839.
  5. Ticket – a document entitling its holder to participate in a specific Exhibition or Event.
  6. Ticket Office – the physical point of sale for Tickets located in the Gallery.
  7. Service – the online platform enabling the purchase of Tickets, available via operators such as Ticketmaster, Going, and eBilet.
  8. Organized School Group – an organized group consisting of at least 10 pupils from preschools, primary schools, or secondary schools, accompanied by supervisors.
  9. Family Ticket – a document confirming the conclusion of an agreement with the Company and entitling its holders—two adults and three children (over 5 years of age)—to participate in a specific Exhibition or Event. The Ticket specifies the title, date, and time of the Exhibition, Event, or thematic workshop.

§2
General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules of the promotion titled “Good Morning, Culture!” (hereinafter: the “Promotion”).
  2. The Promotion takes place at the Gallery located in the Norblin Factory building at 51/53 Żelazna Street in Warsaw, operated by Art Box Gallery S.A. (hereinafter: the “Gallery”).
  3. The Promotion Terms and Conditions supplement and form an integral part of the Company Regulations applicable at the Gallery.

§3
Promotion Period and Conditions

  1. The Promotion is valid from 7 May 2025 to 31 December 2025.
  2. The Promotion applies exclusively Monday through Friday between 10:00 and 15:00, excluding public holidays.
  3. The Promotion applies to Tickets purchased:
    • at the Gallery Ticket Office,
    • via Ticketmaster, Going, or eBilet.
  4. Tickets purchased under the Promotion entitle the holder to a one-time entry to the Exhibition on the date and at the time indicated on the Ticket.

§4
Promotion Rules

  1. Under the Promotion, all Tickets—excluding Tickets for Organized School Groups and Family Tickets—are available at the promotional price of 40 PLN.
  2. The promotional price applies to all types of Tickets, except for Tickets for Organized School Groups and Family Tickets, provided they are purchased during the Promotion period and within the Promotion hours.
  3. Tickets purchased under the Promotion are not subject to further discounts and cannot be combined with other promotions, rebates, or coupons.

§ 5
Promotion Limitations

  1. The Promotion does not apply to the purchase of Tickets for Organized School Groups or Family Tickets.
  2. Tickets for Organized School Groups and Family Tickets must be purchased in accordance with the rules specified in the Company Regulations and are not covered by this Promotion.
  3. The Promotion applies exclusively to Tickets for the following exhibition held at the Gallery:
    • Romantic Chopin.

§ 6

Complaints

  1. Complaints related to the Promotion must be submitted in accordance with the rules set out in the Company Regulations, in particular via email to: info@abe.mediafresh.digital.
  2. Complaints will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.

§7
Final Provisions

  1. The content of these Promotion Terms and Conditions is available at the Gallery Ticket Office and on the Company’s website: www.artboxexperience.com.
  2. The Company reserves the right to amend the Promotion Terms and Conditions or to terminate the Promotion early without providing a reason. Amendments to the Promotion Terms and Conditions do not affect the rights of individuals who purchased Tickets while the previous version of the Terms and Conditions was in effect. For matters not regulated in these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Company Regulations and generally applicable Polish law shall apply.
