On December 21 (Sunday), a unique recital by Adam Kałduński – one of the most distinctive pianists of the young generation, praised for his poetic sensitivity, interpretative maturity, and remarkable musicality – will take place at Art Box Experience. The concert is part of the accompanying program to the exhibition “Romantic Chopin,” which combines art, image, and sound in a modern, immersive format.

The evening will begin with a guided tour of the exhibition at 6:00 PM, after which the audience will move to the immersive hall, where Adam Kałduński will present an emotionally charged and expressive Chopin program. Critics describe him as “a true artist,” “a poet at the piano,” and characterize his interpretations as “bringing out a profound, personal tone from Chopin’s music.”

The pianist gained wide acclaim during the 19th International Chopin Competition, where he received the Bella Davidovich Special Prize for the best performance of a ballade. He is a laureate of numerous Polish and international competitions, including winner of the 2nd International Chopin Competition for Young Pianists in Beijing and the Premio Amadeus competition in Lazise (2023), where he also received five special awards. He has performed in major concert halls in Poland and abroad, including the National Philharmonic, NOSPR, and the Pomeranian Philharmonic.

The recital program includes:

  • Mazurka in F minor, Op. 63 No. 2
  • Ballade in F major, Op. 38
  • Mazurkas Op. 41 (No. 1 in E minor, No. 2 in B major, No. 3 in A-flat major, No. 4 in C-sharp minor)
  • Sonata in B-flat minor, Op. 35 (Grave – Doppio movimento, Scherzo, Marche funèbre, Finale Presto)
  • Mazurka in F minor, Op. 68 No. 4, WN 65

Recitals at Art Box Experience are exceptional events that enable a deep, emotional encounter with Chopin’s music, surrounded by panoramic projections and contemporary visual scenography.
