How can I get there?
The Art Box Experience space is located in Poznań at the Poznań International Fair. It is located at ul. Głogowska 10 in HALL 1A. This guarantees excellent access:

On which days and at what times is The Nutcracker: A Winter Wonderland open?
Current opening days and hours can be found here.
Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday/public holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
What are the opening hours of Art Box Experience?
Art. Box Experience is open during the following hours:
Monday–Thursday: 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Friday–Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
How long does it take to see the immersive show The Nutcracker. Winter Wonder?
There is no time limit for visiting. It usually takes between 35 and 60 minutes.
For which age group is The Nutcracker: Winter Wonderland intended?
The exhibition is intended for all age groups, but we especially welcome families with children (aged 3–14).

Where can I buy a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased online at ToBilet.pl and at the reception desk before entering the exhibition.
Are tickets sold for a specific time?
Yes, purchased tickets are valid for a specific day and time, entitling you to enter the event at the selected time, within a half-hour interval, e.g. 13:00-13:30.
Are the tickets valid for a specific time?
At Art Box Experience, we do not make individual ticket reservations. Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster and on site at the Art Box Experience box office.
Can I come to the exhibition at a different time than the one on the ticket?
You may arrive at the exhibition at a different time than the one indicated on your ticket. However, please note that visitors with tickets for the current time slot will have priority access to the exhibition. Our reception team will inform you about availability.
Do I need to bring printed tickets with me?
We accept both printed and electronic tickets. Out of concern for the environment, we do not recommend printing tickets. Please present a valid ticket in any form at the reception desk to have the QR code or barcode scanned.
I selected a specific time for my visit to Art Box Experience, but the system changed my ticket to a different time – what can I do?
In order to change or restore the selected time on the ticket, please contact the tobilet.pl platform, info@tobilet.pl, tel. +48 61 250 92 55.
I have chosen a specific day, but I cannot attend on that day. Is it possible to come on another day with the same ticket?
Purchased tickets are valid for a specific day and time and entitle you to enter the event at the selected time. Any changes to the time or date of your visit to the exhibition must be made directly on ToBilet.pl platform.
I have another problem with my online ticket. Who can I contact to resolve it?

Is it possible to book individual tickets for The Nutcracker: Winter Wonderland?
We do not make individual ticket reservations. Tickets can be purchased online through the ToBilet.pl.

Who is entitled to a reduced-fare ticket?
Discounted admission to the exhibition is available to, among others, children under 14, school pupils and students up to 26 years of age upon presentation of appropriate documentation. Discounts are also available to persons over 65 years of age, pensioners, disability pensioners, social pensioners, as well as disabled persons and their carers. The document confirming the entitlement to reduced admission to the exhibition is a pensioner’s ID card or a disability ID card (degree of disability).
Can I buy a voucher?
We offer elegant vouchers: single vouchers for PLN 70 and double vouchers for PLN 150, which allow you to attend all shows organised during the exhibition. They are perfect as a gift for a loved one.
What should you know before your visit?
- The last visitors are admitted to the exhibitions 1 hour before closing time.
- Outerwear and luggage (including rucksacks and bags) must be left in the cloakroom. The cloakroom is free of charge and unguarded.
Is it permissible to take photographs at the exhibition?
Photography and filming are permitted within the gallery, but must not disrupt visitor traffic or disturb other visitors.
Can I bring my dog to the show?
Due to loud noises, mirrors and special effects, we do not recommend visiting with animals. Only guide dogs that assist blind people in moving around and orienting themselves in space are allowed in the exhibition.
I am a disabled person. Will I be able to attend the Nutcracker show? Winter wonderland?
The exhibition space has no stairs or protruding elements such as thresholds. Seating (pouffes) is available throughout the exhibition space.

Important information regarding safety and health when visiting the exhibition
You should immediately stop sightseeing and consult a doctor if you experience symptoms such as eye pain, blurred vision, migraine, muscle spasms, convulsions or other involuntary movements, dizziness, loss of consciousness, or confusion.
If other symptoms occur during the tour, such as headache, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, motion sickness, discomfort or pain in the eyes, ears, hands or feet, you should also stop the tour immediately and consult a doctor if necessary.
